Andrew Hyde
Show Host<p>Born and raised in Kentucky, Andrew Hyde has enjoying globe trotting for years. He has spent 13 years competing in cheerleading and dance being ranked top 5 in the nation 9 times, appearing on ESPN twice and holding such titles as IMTA International Male Dancer of the Year 2004 in Los Angeles, Cheerleading National Champion 2005 and 2nd in 2007. <br /> <br />Andrew grew up as an actor performing all over in stage plays, stunt shows, national <br />commercials, and independent films. Returning from a stint performing in Orlando Florida as a <br />sword fighting, roping swinging Pirate, Andrew was cast on CBS's The Amazing Race 3 with his <br />father Dennis. His dad being a conservative Southern Baptist and Andrew being openly gay led to a wave of media controversy thrusting Andrew onto pages in USA Today, Entertainment Weekly, The Advocate numerous times, TV Guide and Instinct Magazine as well as The Caroline Rhea Show and The Early Show. <br /> <br />Since his appearance on this Emmy Winning Reality Series, Andrew has been working full time at an AIDS Service Organization in Dayton Ohio and hosting and speaking at colleges and GLBT events around the country such as New York City Pride. <br /> <br />Andrew also currently hosts a radio segment on Z-93 fm in Dayton and is an Amazing Race <br />commentator on CBS.com. He also runs a group called The Mu Crew which is a fraternity of sorts for gay/bi guys ages 18-29 that involves members in community service, social events, sports, education developing health and life skills, all in a drug and alcohol free environment. His group has become nationally recognized and is an award winning program. Don Townsend
Creator / Executive Producer<p>Don started in property management in 1991 at the University of Michigan, where he ran<br />his company, "At Your Service," providing student housing for the university and<br />government contracts for HUD Section 8 housing and Habitat. In late 1995, he relocated<br />to Miami Beach’s hot spot, South Beach, mainly to concentrate on new computer and<br />internet technology and consulting. The initial company start included a live video<br />teleconferencing porn (pay per minute) company. Providing video teleconferencing to<br />the two largest gay internet companies on the web (badpuppy.com and gaynet.com).<br />Specializing in Internet marketing until 2004 which included such products as duty free<br />cigarettes from Europe, Canadian medicines for elderly, US based online<br />pharmaceutical company, and unlimited download center where customers could<br />download music, movies, and more.</p><p>As the internet laws were being formed around grey areas of the Internet, Don and Scott<br />were caught in the unfortunate situation of being the first in the state of Florida, and the<br />largest in the US to be sued over such cases so that new laws could be created. It was<br />easier and cheaper and quicker to settle 80million in lawsuits then fight for<br />vindication. This all passed them now, they are now eagerly seeking to make their<br />comeback.</p><p>In between all of this, in 2004, he returned to Tampa to take advantage of what he sees<br />as tremendous growth and opportunity in the Tampa area real estate market.</p>

He has experience in video production,<br />theatre tech design, museum studies and other practical applications in art. In<br />the past and at university level, he has worked on shows such as Angels in<br />America, Never the Sinner, Quilters and Laughing Wild.</p><p>Occasionally, you can find him collaborating with other ambitious entrepreneurs and<br />artists. With that said, he is excited to contribute to Take Out as co-camera man! On the<br />job he has a great work ethic, but when done filming, you can find him relaxing, flying<br />hang gliders and working on a sport pilot license. Hell, someone’s got to fly the cast and<br />crew to their destinations!</p>

RJ Neel
Creator / Executive ProducerR.J.’s academic's background is Biology. He excelled in academics and graduated atthe top of his class. While performing an internship at the tristate hospital and attendingMarshall University, September 11th 2001 occurred. R.J. was planning on going to Lyon,France as part of an exchange program but the program was cancelled after theSeptember 11th incident. R.J. used the money he had saved to take a semester off fromcollege. During that time he traveled all over Florida from Key West, to Miami, to Ft.Lauderdale, to Tampa, Gainseville, Cedar Key, etc. After spending several months inFlorida he was hooked.He studied under Glenn Pearson where he learned real estate as well as business. Sincethen R.J. has created and sold several web development and web marketingcompanies.R.J., Don, and Scott were teaming up on some separate web ventures when R.J.revealed to Don his concept of a gay travel show/website. Don smiled and laughed ashe pulled out a business plan that he had created 11 years earlier for a similar concept.R.J. and Don didn’t want another 11 years to go by before executing the show so R.J.,Don, and Scott have joined forces to bring the show to life.
Scott Filary
Creator / Executive Producer<p>Scott;s background is in computer information systems and business management. Scott<br />began his career in 1996 in his family company in Michigan which specialized in<br />computer consulting for large business operations. Within a year of coming on board,<br />Scott quickly specialized in medical technology and custom software for doctors’ offices<br />and hospitals. He independently ran his division which covered a network of over 45<br />office centers and hospitals providing new technology, programming and support for his<br />clients.</p><p>After meeting Don in 2000, Scott parted with his family business and moved to Ft.<br />Lauderdale, Florida, to take over and run some of Don Townsend’s business ventures<br />exploring Internet marketing and innovation. (see additional bio information produced in<br />bio on Don Townsend).</p><p>During his time spent in Fort Lauderdale he was introduced to the South Florida real<br />estate market and started to analyze and research his new found interest. It as at this<br />time that Scott and Don made the decision to relocate to Tampa to be further involved<br />in the real estate development business. Scott has successfully taken several small<br />apartment complexes and converted them into condominiums. Scott has a strong<br />passion for interior and exterior design which the development company has allowed<br />him to further explore throughout the project design and implementation of each<br />conversion.</p>
